The Grass Fed Whole New York comes as a whole piece, or we can cut it to any thickness you like! Please specify in the instructions. This popular cut from the loin is also known as a Porterhouse or Sirloin steak.

It’s slightly less moist than a Scotch Fillet due to its lower fat content. Best grilled to create a tender and flavoursome steak. 

Please note when requesting any variations such as slicing, dicing etc to an item sold as a whole that the original estimated weight given when purchased may vary due to trimmings and excess. If trimmings would like to be kept please notify in the notes, if not they will not be included.
