All pick up orders placed before 10 am Monday – Saturday will be packed and available for pick up after 3 pm on the day from the shop of your choice. All pick up orders placed after 10 am Monday to Saturday will be processed and available for pick up after 4pm the following day from the shop of your choice. How do I place an order Register you username and password and your ready to go ! Simply select your products and proceed to the online checkout.You will receive an order confirmation at the end of the transaction, followed by an email confirmation. Your credit card will then be charged. Your order will be freshly cut and packed and costed on the day of your delivery. At the end of the transaction your credit card details will be destroyed. What is the online order cut off time? 10 am Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after 10 am will be processed for the following day. Orders placed after 10 am on Saturday will be processed the following Monday. What are the delivery days? Mondays to Saturdays (excluding Public Holidays), you get same day delivery if you place your order before 10 AM. How do i know you deliver to my suburb? Click here to see the list of suburbs. What are the delivery times? There is no set time frame for deliveries. They can occur anytime during your delivery day. Your meat is packed in a sealed esky with ice to keep everything cool until you get home. Can i have my meat delivered to work? Yes. Be sure to include special delivery instructions if required. What do i do with the esky? In the interests of recycling. please keep your esky until your next order. Leave your used esky out for the driver to collect. Can i view my previous orders? Yes, log on to your account and click on “Orders”. What if I miss the online order cut off time? Your order will be delivered the next working day. If your order was placed on a Saturday after 10 am it will be processed the following Monday. What is the delivery Fee? Delivery fee is $7.00. Deliveries within The Meat Store’s standard zones are $7.00. However, while it is possible to deliver to certain areas outside our standard zones, they may incur an extra delivery charge. To check whether you fall within a standard delivery zone, please phone us on 02 9386 9995 (Monday to Friday between 8.00am and 5.00pm) where we will then provide a personalised delivery quote. Do I have to be home to accept delivery? No. Your meat is packed in a sealed esky with ice so everything stays cool until you get home. Make sure you leave clear instructions on where you want your esky left when you create your account. I live in a secure apartment can I get deliveries? If you live in a secure complex which requires security access, deliveries can sometimes be tricky. Click here enter your email address and a new password will be emailed to you. Can I make changes to my order? If your order has not been shipped then you can make changes. Just call 02 9386 9995 and quote your order number. if your order has been packed and shipped you cant make any changes. What if the weight of my meat is different to what i have been charged for ? You only pay for what you get. After we have packed your order it total order is under the amount you have been charged. We give you an immediate partial refund. If the total order is over the amount you have been charged the difference is on the house!
